WHY OUR PROGRAM WORKS

VARIETY
A lot of fitness programs focus on strength or conditioning, but people need both to be healthy and see long-lasting results. Conditioning improves cardiovascular health and burns calories, which burns fat. But the tying to the yang is strength training. It keeps bones healthy, reduces the risk of injury, and gives you muscle tone. Each week we program 2-3 strength and conditioning workouts and 1 total strength day!

FLEXIBILITY
Life is busy. Our program takes the guesswork out of getting fit, but more importantly to fit YOUR schedule we are open 7 days a week and have over 30+ classes for you to choose from. Even with that awesome schedule, sometimes you won't have time. That is why we also have 30+ at-home workout videos and open gym times if you can't make class.

MEASURABLE RESULTS
One of the best ways to keep you coming back for more is by showing you the improvements you make! If your goal is to lose body fast we have a body fast scanner to make sure you are staying on track. Is your to get stronger and faster? Our app records all of your personal records to show you by the numbers you are making improvements.

PERSONAL TRAINING

If you prefer a personalized experience our
1-on-1 training provides a tailored program perfect for beginners to stay accountable or the push an advanced athlete needs to take their performance to the next level.

NUTRITION COACHING

Commitment to your health and fitness can’t end at the gym, it must carry over to the kitchen! Nutritional coaching is the best way to be held accountable and to develop healthy habits at a pace that’s right for you!

Coming from the North
Take 35E south to 694E. Take highway 61 north (left) which is your first exit on 694E. Buerkle road will be on your right-hand side about 1 mile down from the freeway exit. We are located on the north side of Buerkle road. If you got to Sam’s Club you went too far!

Take 35E north to 694 East. Take highway 61 North (left) which is your first exit on 694E. Buerkle road will be on your right-hand side about 1 mile down from the freeway exit. We are located on the north side of Buerkle road. If you got to Sam’s Club you went too far!

Coming from the East
Take 694 west to Highway 61 north (right). Buerkle road is located about a half mile north on your left-hand side.  We are located about 1/4 mile from Sam’s Club on your right-hand side!
